The FCM-1-REL intelligent control module is designed specifically for fire suppression release applications in FlashScan systems.

The FCM-1-REL intelligent control module uses a protocol where the module must be armed with a pair of signals to activate then it will enter a 3 second window waiting for confirmation signals if no confirmation is received the module will automatically reset. It also monitors the wiring to the connected load and reports the status to the panel as NORMAL, OPEN, or SHORT CIRCUIT.

The module has two output termination points available for fault-tolerant wiring and a controlled panel LED indicator.
